Ana is an emotional, traumatised mess under the guise of a chaotic asshole.
She's confident, unflinchingly so, and happily goes to the beat of her own drum - even if it inconveniences someone else. The opinions and feelings of the majority of people doesn't matter, and she'll happily pick fights with others just because she finds it funny and she thrives off conflict. And morality is a shaky thing for her in general, only caring about what matters to her and her friends, and basing her actions on "what will make her friends happy". Otherwise anything is fair game, and she has zero desire to do the right thing unless it benefits her and her whims.
Ana is at least capable of being friendly if it suits her, even on a surface level, and she has a cheerful and outgoing personality so she finds it easy to speak to others. And when she does become close to others, she's deeply affectionate and loyal, doing anything she can to make them happy. They mean the world to her, even if she might still be a bit of an ass to them sometimes - but it's at least affectionate teasing. If she cares about someone, it's painfully obvious.
Then under all this, is a young woman who is deeply traumatised due to her life circumstances and what she is. She lives with the guilt of harming innocent people, with the knowledge her siblings and herself are experiments, that her mother died due to her, that her Father and creator will keep making more abominations like herself - and this culminates in a suicidal mission to kill them, with that being her one goal in life. Nothing else matters besides killing them, even if it kills herself in the process.
